What is mindfulness? At its core, mindfulness is about being present in the moment, allowing us to cultivate awareness, reduce stress, enhance focus and foster our mental and emotional well-being. In today’s fast-paced world, taking time to pause and breathe becomes an essential part of life.
 
As we gathered to practice Meditation on Twin Hearts, we consciously delved into the fascinating world of energy. The positive impact of meditation and energy wellness on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being cannot be emphasized enough.
 
Let's continue to embrace mindfulness and the world of energy as a way of life, nurturing our inner selves and radiating that positivity to the world around us. 🌍✨

As part of the Global Be Well Day celebration, SAIS Operations team had a talk on Handling Emotional Stress (Transition from Pandemic to Endemic), followed by a mindfulness session using Meditation on Twin Hearts conducted by external speakers.

 

We learnt about the challenges faced during pandemic, and ways we could overcome them. The session ended with meditation, which was a great way to connect with oneself and others, being engaged in a fulfilling activity, and giving to help a cause or others (we sent lots of blessings to everyone and the world as a form of world service). This truly resonates with our Be Well Charter mental contributors. The session ended with smiles on all faces and feeling peaceful.
